The master’s programme English Studies/American Studies allows students to continue their academic development. Its aim is to enhance and deepen the specialised knowledge acquired in the bachelor’s programme. During various courses, they are trained to work well both individually and in groups. Furthermore, they learn various presentation techniques and relevant EDP skills. In addition to subject-related knowledge, the students build on key competences and soft skills such as independent and target-oriented working, multimedia and communication skills as well as developing an in-depth understanding of social, economic and cultural-political processes.
